Return & Exchange Policy
At Flicker & Find, we take pride in our carefully handcrafted candles and wax melts. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help!
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on candles or wax melts. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you with a replacement or store credit for the value of the damaged item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but if you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer a store credit for the value of the product within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or store credit. Please note that we inspect all items thoroughly before shipping, and damage occurring during a transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
